  • Greg's life outside of work is filled with decades-long traditions—attending Austin City Limits Tapings and the ACL Music Festival, ski trips, days on the lake, biking with close friends, and traveling with his wife, Jessica, and their sons, Jack and Luke.

Greg Weaver brings bold vision and transformative leadership to his role as Founder & CEO of Arterra. Prior to founding Arterra, Greg held an executive leadership role at Catellus Development Corporation, where he redefined mixed-use development as Executive Vice President since 2000. Earlier in his career, he served as President of Catellus Development Group under ProLogis and began his career with CBRE.

Beyond his professional achievements, Greg is deeply committed to fostering connections and sustainable growth in the communities he serves. An active Urban Land Institute (ULI) member, Greg has served in several leadership capacities, including as Governance Chair and past President of the Austin District Council. He is also a ULI CDC Silver Product Council member, contributing to advancing sustainable development practices nationwide.

In addition to his professional career, Greg is engaged in civic and philanthropic efforts. He currently serves on the boards of Huston-Tillotson University, the John Ritter Foundation, and the Mueller Foundation. He is a former board member of the Austin Parks Foundation, the Austin American Heart Association, and St. Andrew’s Episcopal School.
