CirclePoint Corporate Campus

Located in Westminster, CO, CirclePoint Corporate Center is a 90-acre, Class-A office development.

  • The CirclePoint Corporate Campus is a public-private partnership between the City of Westminster and Catellus, now complete. While at Catellus, some current Arterra team members supported various aspects of this project.

Prairie Glen Corporate Campus

Prairie Glen Corporate Campus is a part of The Glen, the redevelopment of the former Glenview Naval Air Station near Glenview, Illinois.

  • Prairie Glen Corporate Campus was a public / private partnership between the City of Glenview and Catellus, now complete. While at Catellus, some current Arterra team members supported various aspects of this project.

VERTICAL DEVELOPMENT

Austin Energy Headquarters

The local electric utility, Austin Energy, decided to consolidate its offices into a headquarters building.

  • This 270,000-square-foot vertical build-to-suit built by Catellus, includes public meeting space with capacity for 250 people and a six-level parking garage.

  • The garage has the potential for the top two floors to be converted to office space. The building also has a 400-kilowatt solar array, and reclaimed water for flushing and irrigation.

Texas Mutual Insurance Company Headquarters

Texas Mutual Insurance moved their Austin headquarters building to Mueller seeking a mixed-use, employee-friendly environment.

  • Texas Mutual Insurance’s 270,000-square-foot headquarters was built by Catellus. The building has an additional 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and a 1,000-space shared parking garage.

  • Ground-floor retailers include Primrose Daycare, Rebel Cheese, and Kerbey Lane Cafe. Built sustainably, the building has abundant natural light and unobstructed views of downtown from the top floor with LEED Gold certification.

Ascension Seton Administrative Building

Ascension Seton relocated its headquarters to Mueller, in Austin, Texas, to be near the Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas.

  • Catellus built the 156,000-square-foot build-to-suit which includes two and a half levels of underground parking and six above-ground levels.

  • 36 residential condos wrap the garage for this LEED-Silver certified building.
