In a transformative move, key leaders from Catellus Development Corporation (Catellus) launched Arterra Development, LLC (Arterra) in 2024. The new venture created a leadership team that has worked together for an average of 20+ years, demonstrating a strong, cohesive team built on shared experience and collaboration. 

In partnership with Catellus, Arterra became the development manager for Mueller (Austin, TX), Colony Park (Austin, TX), the Novus Innovation Corridor (Tempe, AZ), and Victoria Commons (San Antonio, TX), maintaining our ongoing collaborations while exploring new opportunities.

The name Arterra reflects our commitment to crafting inspired places through creativity and skill. Combining arte (Spanish/ Italian for “art”) and terra (Latin for “earth” or “land”), the name embodies the artistry and thoughtfulness that define our approach to development.
