Leo Lopez is a visionary project design and construction manager transforming innovative ideas into extraordinary places.   As a key leader for Arterra, Leo brings his expertise following a 25-year tenure as Senior Vice President at Catellus Development Corporation. Joining the team in 2000, Leo oversaw vertical design and construction for groundbreaking projects in Texas, California, Colorado, Arizona, Georgia, and Kentucky. 

Leo earned his Bachelor’s of Architecture at The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Michigan, concentrating in Real Estate and Corporate Finance. Leo’s experience spans office, retail, and industrial construction, blending creative design and development strategies with extensive technical construction expertise.
